Please be informed that a 50% deposit has to be made within two weeks after your reservation request in order to confirm your reservation.
The final amount then will be due one month before your arrival. (along with a deposit of 200 Euro, which will be refunded after your stay).

Please also take note of the strict rule that only guests named in the rental contract are allowed to stay overnight!

Also: The Alpha Villa is not a hotel, but a holiday home, so please do not expect hotel-like-services.

until 6 months before arrival: 150 Euro
until 3 months before arrival: 20% of total amount
until 1 month before arrival: 50% of total amount
until 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of total amount
after that: 100% of total amount
